Andrew M

“Sophie formed an immediate and lasting bond with Akira, a complex dog with a difficult early background and reactivity around other dogs. She has earned Akira’s trust and respect, and I have complete faith in her ability to walk and train with her safely.

Sophie is clear and consistent in her communication, keeps me updated after every walk and ensures the training commands I use are followed consistently. Her calm approach has given both Akira and me much more confidence. Thanks to Sophie’s support, Akira has developed a strong recall and can now enjoy time off lead.”
