Pet Pop-Ins
Short, reliable visits for pets who need care, attention or a wellbeing check during the day. Pet Pop-Ins may be suitable for feeding, fresh water, litter or enclosure care, medication where agreed, play, companionship and general wellbeing checks.
House Sitting
Overnight or extended care for pets who are happiest staying in their own home while you are away. House Sitting may be suitable for overnight stays, weekends, holidays, longer bookings, multiple pets and animals who are happiest at home.
Pet Pop-Ins: Care When They Need It
Not every pet needs a walk. Some need a meal, fresh water, a clean litter tray, fresh hay, medication or simply someone to check that everything is okay. Our Pet Pop-In service provides professional, reliable care in your pet’s own home while you are at work, away for the day, on holiday or unable to get home. Your pet can remain in their familiar environment while we follow their usual routine and provide the care they need.

More Than Simply Putting Food Down
A professional Pop-In is about more than feeding your pet and leaving.
Our team takes time to observe your pet, their surroundings and any changes in their normal behaviour. We may look for changes in their appetite, activity, appearance, toilet habits, environment or general presentation.
We are not veterinary professionals, and a Pop-In is not a substitute for veterinary care. However, if we notice something unusual or have concerns about your pet, we will contact you and follow the emergency instructions you have provided.

Before your first Pop-In, we will discuss your pets, their routine and the care they need. This allows us to provide consistent care and understand what is normal for them.

We will discuss feeding times, water requirements, cleaning, exercise, medication, handling, behaviour and any other important instructions.

We will record the details needed for each visit, including habitat requirements, emergency contacts, veterinary information and your preferred method of communication.

House Sitting: Care That Keeps Them at Home

Our House Sitting service allows your pets to stay in their familiar surroundings while a member of the Payne’s Pet Care team stays in your home and maintains their normal routine.
